There is a Russian-owned company called SpeechPro who has invented a tool so law enforcement authorities can identify a caller by their voice. Successful trial runs have already been done in Mexico, and the United States is onboard with it too. As if they were not already watching us with drones, and listening to phone conversations through AT&T and other telephone providers now.
